About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at The Westchester. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering warm, festive service throughout the visit. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. The position requires at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
