Seasonal Health Coach
About The Position
This position is for a seasonal health coach to join our telephonic health coaching team, expected to last from the end of August through December. The role involves coaching individuals to drive change in their behavior, impacting positive lifestyle decisions by helping them set and achieve goals related to fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of life issues. Coaching is delivered telephonically and through e-coaching, driven by comprehensive Health Risk Assessment results. Health professionals review participant reports and work with individuals telephonically to help them set personal goals and establish strategies for success.
