About The Position
Event Staff at Atlanta Motor Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of: Taking care of teammates, Hosting remarkable events, Positively impacting our community, Profitably improving. Event Staff will work under the direction of the Events/Operations Managers.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 25+lbs
- Flexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team
- Professional appearance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outside for extended periods of time (if applicable) (extreme weather conditions included)
- Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and resolve complaints
- Create a safe and positive environment
- Reporting issues to management as necessary
- Assist Guest on Trams
- Verify Ticket Access in specific areas
