About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a positive guest experience through active selling, visual merchandising, and efficient operations. Team members will gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals. The roles are dynamic and team-oriented, emphasizing guest satisfaction and efficient product management on the sales floor.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
