Requirements

• Experience with landscaping tools, basic construction repair, and property maintenance
• Valid New York State driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and necessary equipment
• Basic computer skills to manage timesheets, work orders, and training modules
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and beautify the grounds and buildings, performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, landscaping, and snow removal
• Conduct general building and equipment maintenance, including drywall repair and preventative care
• Operate company vehicles and yard equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Support facility needs with flexible availability for on-call winter rotation, emergency response, and holiday shifts as needed
