Seasonal Groundskeeper
About The Position
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically minded individual to join our staff as a Seasonal Grounds Technician! The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude. This is a temporary seasonal position and will commence on or before September 30th, 2026. This position is great for a person desiring a full-time or part-time position over the summer months who enjoys task-driven work and can meet deadlines, and enjoys the outdoors. A reliable vehicle will be required to travel to each property daily. Your mileage is paid! Responsibilities
- Keeps the exterior areas of apartment buildings neat by completing landscaping projects and disposing of trash
- Maintains the interior common areas by disposing of trash, sweeping/vacuuming as needed
- Assists the maintenance team with basic interior work, such as changing light bulbs and furnace filters
- Calls for any major maintenance work needed
