About The Position
As a groundskeeper, you would perform a variety of duties to support the ongoing care and maintenance of the grounds and related areas at SentryWorld. SentryWorld is recognized as one of America’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses. Join the team responsible for maintaining this honor. We are seeking full-time, seasonal Golf Course Groundskeepers for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is focused, driven, and passionate about golf course maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Motivated and punctual, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use routine hand and power tools.
- Ability to exercise common courtesy and understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license.
- Available to work irregular hours/days to meet deadlines or accommodate weather conditions, which may be flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance of grounds around SentryWorld Properties, including mowing, string trimming, edging, and mulching.
- Prepare playing surfaces on the golf course such as greens, tees, fairways, rough, and bunkers.
- Assist with projects, cultural practices, and other assigned duties from the Golf Course Management team.
