About The Position

This is a seasonal position responsible for the general care of all outdoor areas at Landis Homes. The role involves preparing, planning, grooming, and restoring flowerbeds, shrubs, and bushes, as well as providing care for non-grass areas. The position also includes mowing lawns professionally and assisting the Grounds team with maintaining campus vehicles and equipment. Flexible hours may be required for snow removal or other unpredictable events like storm clean-up. The role requires dependability, competence, accuracy, and attentiveness. Adherence to compliance policies regarding confidentiality, HIPAA, resident and client rights, regulatory agency standards, safety, infection control, and the Code of Conduct is essential.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
Maintains current valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Possesses the ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Prior experience in related role preferred.
