The Seasonal Operations Worker is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position responsible for supporting bagging line operations, operating automated and robotic systems, receiving, inspection, storage, cleaning, packaging, shipping of grain and assisting across the facility as production demands shift—especially during peak and harvest seasons. Employees work rotating shifts and must be comfortable in a physically demanding environment that includes climbing heights up to 200 feet, team lifting of heavy bags, and working around rail operations. Safety is the top priority, with strict adherence to PPE, mobile equipment requirements, and rail safety procedures. This role is ideal for hard‑working individuals with a strong production or factory mindset who are comfortable with repetitive work, willing to learn, and able to perform effectively in a high‑output processing environment.
