About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service in a friendly environment, maintaining the cleanliness of the Grain Office, answering phones, and performing various tasks related to inbound grain. The position requires the ability to obtain a Commodity Testers License and accurately record grain information. Safety and communication with management are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Ability to work varied hours as business dictates.
• Ability to obtain a Commodity testers License. (Dates and Testing Locations will be provided)
• Evidence of work authorization upon employment is required in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
• Completion of USCIS form I-9 will be required in order to verify employment eligibility within 3 business days of the first day of employment.
• Potential hire will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting customers, maintaining high standards.
• Keeping Grain Office clean and tidy
• Answering incoming phone calls.
• Accurately weighing, sampling, testing and recording inbound grain when assigned
• Communicating with management when receiving poor quality grain.
• Practicing and promoting safety at all times.
• All other duties as assigned by management
