About The Position
This position involves working with the location manager to operate and maintain equipment at Seymour Feed Grain in Seymour, WI. The role requires performing all tasks with outstanding customer service and adhering to all federal, state, OSHA, and cooperative policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have good finger dexterity
Responsibilities
- Operate grain plant equipment and system in accordance to standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Assist other divisions with tasks as needed
- Perform routine housekeeping
- Comply with all company policies
- Comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Load and unload grain trucks
- Scale trucks in and out
- Operate grain dryer efficiently
- All other duties as assigned
