About The Position
This position is responsible for performing all tasks with outstanding customer service, serving all duties while fulfilling the company mission, vision, and goals. The role involves assisting in blending fertilizer to customer specifications, maintaining and cleaning equipment, receiving and maintaining inventory, and reporting any faulty equipment or product issues. The Seasonal Grain Laborer will also attend product training, merchandising, and cooperative meetings, and perform general maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and math skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have good finger and leg dexterity

- Experience overseeing logistics operations
- Agricultural experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in blending fertilizer to customer’s specifications in a timely manner
- Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule
- Receive and maintain inventory
- Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel
- Attend product training, merchandising, and cooperative meetings as required
- General maintenance of overall equipment
- All other duties assigned
