About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will work within a dynamic team offering a unique menu selection from scratch-baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients. This is a part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week, and Saturdays are required when needed. This is a seasonal position ending after the 2026 holiday season.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Flexible schedule standards -- shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year.
Saturdays are required when needed.

Responsibilities

Actively listen to guests and suggest meal and gift items to first-time guests and returning regulars.
Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and look for opportunities to step in and help other departments even before being asked.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
