About The Position

The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility. This role is responsible for assisting with operations at a retail supply location, following the maintenance schedule of facility and equipment, and assisting with inventory and distribution of products. The position also involves driving and delivering miscellaneous products as requested, stocking and moving warehouse product and material, and assisting both full-time and part-time operations personnel. The Seasonal General Laborer will maintain the facility, equipment, and company image, assist in obtaining goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs, and provide excellent customer service. They will also work with the location manager on all safety and compliance issues.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Must be willing to obtain and maintain a forklift certificate and a CDL.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
