About The Position

The Fulfillment Team Member will work alongside our high-energy team, picking and processing orders to be shipped to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Efficient time management.
• Ability to move quickly on your feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient use of computer and software applications.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if needed.
• Must be able to work a schedule of four ten-hour shifts per week.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to visualize items around the work area.
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access equipment when needed
• Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick items from invoices and prepare them to be shipped.
• Process orders as needed in business systems.
• Package and box items are to be shipped in a way that is consistent with the Lulus standard.
• Other duties as assigned.
