About The Position

Corporate gift givers can send an eCard to their co-workers, clients and prospects who are invited to visit Sugarwish.com and choose from a variety of gifts such as: candy, cookies, popcorn, coffees and teas, dips and jams, wines, and spa gifts! Each recipient gets exactly the gift they want - customized for them. This unique experience is powered through partnerships with an ever increasing list of specialty treat producers. Sugarwish is looking for a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to join our sweet team team at our Taylor, MI Fulfillment Center during our peak season (October/November - March.) You will be responsible for ensuring that every gift is ready to delight our customers.

Requirements

Packing, line work, customer service or retail experience desirable
Experience using basic fulfillment center equipment such as hand trucks and carts
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented
Responsible and reliable
Good communication skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day)
Must be able to sustain rapid pace to meet production goals
Must be able to lift and move packages up to 30 pounds
Job involves repetitive motions of wrist and arms, including folding, wrapping, scooping and tying
Must be able to perform any position on the production floor on any given day
High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

Packing a variety of treats using weight, count, or color specifications
Keeping a running tally of goods packed and time taken
Assembling completely a shipped gift box, including pulling and arranging products
Crafting gift boxes including internal piece placement, with strict attention to detail, to ensure gift boxes are receiver-ready
Preparing shipping boxes used for completed gift boxes including adding additional shipping components and attaching appropriate labels
Restocking product rooms including moving product throughout fulfillment locations
Other duties as assigned by fulfillment center management team
