As a vital support to our bartenders, you'll help deliver exceptional beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate brings top-notch customer service skills, and a sales attitude, and thrives in high-volume environments. Requirements
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members and supervisors.
- Demonstrate courtesy and quick service, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests and encouraging repeat visits.
- Be prepared to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects like trash bags, kegs, or pallets of stock
- Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
- Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with bartenders to set up the bar, including filling ice bins, stocking garnishes & fruit, and ensuring glassware is available.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift.
- Restock product inventory as needed, including bottles of liquor, batched cocktails, and changing beer kegs.
- Assist with batching and prepping cocktails for service.
- Break down the bar at the end of the shift, restocking inventory, and removing trash and recyclables.
- Stand for long periods and lift heavy objects such as cases of liquor, beer kegs, and trash cans.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
- Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
- Support bartenders in achieving company objectives for efficiency and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company guidelines for appearance.
