About The Position
The Flex Bartender is responsible for crafting refreshing cocktails and beverages while delivering upbeat, polished service in a fast-paced outdoor setting. This role is both technical and guest-facing, balancing speed, accuracy, and hospitality. When the pool is slow you will also cover shifts in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- hotel or resort experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Engage guests with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and par levels throughout service
- Accurately ring orders into the POS and handle payments when applicable
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and local regulations
- Assist with bar prep, opening, and closing duties
- Support special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods
