About The Position
Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant is searching for an experienced fine dining server who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with an amazing team and beautiful view each night. In order to succeed as a server, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent guest services skills.
Requirements
- Fine dining restaurant server experience.
- Working knowledge of wine.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
