About The Position
This position involves outdoor farm work in various weather conditions. The employee will be responsible for operating mowing equipment, potentially applying chemicals, assisting with irrigation systems, and contributing to the general upkeep and appearance of the farm, including orchard trees and crops. The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, learn to safely operate farming equipment, communicate effectively, and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
- Operate mowing equipment.
