About The Position

The Mercedes-Benz Stadium Fan Experience Team is seeking an outgoing, qualified candidate to join the team as a Seasonal Fan Experience Associate. This position will primarily focus on supporting data-driven Fan Experience initiatives while also incorporating creative responsibilities such as curating and designing presentation decks and digital assets. The role is integral in elevating the fan experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium through insights, observations, and innovative design. This part-time position requires up to 40 hours per week and is based at Mercedes-Benz Stadium from January to August. Hourly compensation is provided, but housing is not included.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional work setting.
  • Availability to work 80% or more of Mercedes-Benz Stadium events (including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and other third-party events, including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Comfortable speaking with fans/guests and executives in an informed and professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for 4+ hours at a time.
  • Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with creative tools such as Canvas or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing presentation decks and digital assets.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with post-event survey reporting for all Major Events hosted at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
  • Support ad hoc survey requests and reporting to drive actionable insights for Fan Experience initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and guide future Fan Experience strategies.
  • Curate and design visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop digital assets to support Fan Experience programs and initiatives, aligning with the stadium’s branding standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure creative elements enhance storytelling and effectively communicate insights.
  • Lead the creation and execution of Fan Council programs for Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons.
  • Act as a fan experience ambassador by engaging with fans and staff in a positive, professional manner.
  • Observe and report on event day opportunities to enhance experiences through creative and operational improvements.
  • Provide assistance to all members of the Fan Experience team to improve fan satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on special projects and functions as assigned by the supervisor.
