About The Position

The Manager, Fan Experience will focus on working with Inter Miami’s core supporters, “La Familia”. This will include liaising with each supporter’s group within La Familia for everything related to game day operations, ticketing, away game travel and coordination, atmosphere, and more. The position seeks someone with a strong grasp of the culture, ability to collaborate and be a team player, superior organization skills, an unequalled work-ethic, knowledge of fútbol and fútbol fandom, and a goals driven individual.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports administration, sports marketing, hospitality or a related field.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for the brand.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Inter Miami as the clubs Support Liaise Officer (SLO) working directly with our five (5) supporters’ groups that make up La Familia.
  • Oversee La Familia on game day for all pre-game, during game and post-game operations.
  • Work closely with IMCF Guest Services and Security team to oversee visiting team supporter’s plan. This will include working with Major League Soccer (MLS) security team and submitted official plans to ensure the safety and experience of away fans.
  • Represent Inter Miami as the clubs Travel Support Liaise Officer (TSLO) working directly with the away team to secure tickets, a designated location and plan travel and operations for traveling fans.
  • Work closely with La Familia to help grow the supporters’ groups and provide benefits to members and the groups.
  • Oversee all ticketing for La Familia and several other people/groups to provide season tickets, group tickets and single game tickets. This will require working closely with the IMCF Ticketing and Ticket Operations departments.
  • Collaborate with the IMCF Guest Services team to ensure all guests to Nu Stadium have the best experience possible.
  • Collaborate with the IMCF Community and Foundation team to assist executing community events to use the power and reach of Inter Miami to do good.
  • Assist the IMCF Ticketing team in various initiatives including but not exclusive to membership events, sales events, stadium tours, and more.
  • Collaborate with the IMCF marketing team on digital content on La Familia and the IMCF fan base.
  • Collaborate with the IMCF Event Presentation team to enhance game day experience for our fans.
  • Build a strategy and lead the future street team for IMCF.
  • Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
