About The Position

D6 Logistics, LLC is an Amazon DSP seeking an experienced dispatcher for a seasonal role. This position is based out of the Amazon Warehouse DXC3 in Anaheim, CA. The role involves monitoring drivers and delivery routes, communicating with drivers, coordinating support, completing reports, and assisting with daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
• Familiarity with Amazon DSP delivery operations and route monitoring
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers and delivery routes throughout the day
• Communicate with drivers regarding route progress and operational concerns
• Coordinate rescues and route support when needed
• Complete beginning-of-shift, mid-day, and end-of-day reports
• Assist with vehicle assignments, attendance tracking, and daily dispatch operations
• Escalate safety, performance, and delivery concerns to management
• Maintain accurate and professional communication with drivers and leadership
