About The Position

We are looking for fun, energetic, multi-taskers with a passion for creating Christmas Magic one wonderful welcome at a time. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that seamlessly works as one, has a passion for people, and has a helpful heart. This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following.

Requirements

• Highly responsible & reliable
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th
• Anticipate guests' needs and creating memorable experiences
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
• Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned
