About The Position

Seasonal Event Sales Representatives are needed across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand within major retail locations. This role focuses on engaging, educating, and inspiring customers to take action regarding financial products. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and enjoys connecting with people, with customer service or sales experience being an asset. Key responsibilities include engaging customers on the retail floor, sharing product benefits, listening to customer needs, becoming an in-store expert, driving brand awareness, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role also involves building relationships with store teams, handling customer information confidentially, and potentially flexing across multiple store locations.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
  • Customer service or sales experience an asset
  • Comfortable delivering key messages
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Work well independently and within a team
  • Comfortable completing a criminal background check
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license
  • A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
  • Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
  • Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
  • Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
  • Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
  • Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
  • Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
  • Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
  • Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
  • Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
  • Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
  • Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
