About The Position

This position will be responsible for providing front desk support for our Academic Advising Center. Our front desk handles both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and office visitors with both current and prospective UTo Toledo students to coordinate academic advising appointments. The position also serves as a referral agent when calls are received and transferred to campus partners for timely support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their academic goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to keep organized and accurate records
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adherence to FERPA and university policies and procedures
