About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Lot Driver. This position pays $16/hour and is located at the Redmond Municipal Airport. This is a seasonal position that starts in May 2026 and ends in October 2026, not to exceed 180 days of service. The role involves moving and positioning vehicles between properties for servicing, transport, and rental, ensuring vehicles are ready for customers according to high-quality standards. This is a non-CDL, local driving position offering the opportunity to drive multiple new model cars. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (May 2026 to October 2026).

Responsibilities

• Transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the Airport.
• Driving vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Driving serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and parking them for easy customer access.
• Moving vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Delivering vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Riding with or following drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
• Communicating via 2-way radio or cellular phone.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
