The Seasonal Driver Helper reports to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for assisting drivers in all tasks related to the delivery of ice and ice products to customers.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
- Delivers the ice to customers with the drivers.
- Accountable for applying safe work practices in all deliveries and operational practices.
- Reviews paperwork daily for neatness and accuracy.
- Responsible for the cleaning and general upkeep of the delivery vehicle (both inside and out) daily.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
