About The Position
Our Doughnut Decorators are responsible for decorating and packing doughnuts for our A-Glazing customers. Throughout the day you will monitor the inventory of our doughnuts to ensure our customers have plenty of variety to pick from while also creating a welcoming environment for our customers. During peak seasons, we rely on a flexible, seasonal staffing model to ensure our A-Glazing customers receive friendly, efficient service and a well-maintained store appearance. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
- Must be 18 years of age or over.
- Ability to understand weights and measurements.
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of our doughnuts meet the Krispy Kreme standards. This includes our filling, icing, and toppings.
- Monitor our doughnut case during your shift to ensure we have all varieties available to our customers.
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
- Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
