Seasonal District Sales Manager - Spirit
About The Position
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Seasonal District Sales Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the store operation for an average of 3 stores. This includes sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and all related functions. The position is seasonal, starting in July and typically ending in November. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
- Construction and opening of the assigned Spirit stores.
- Operating the assigned Spirit stores.
- Closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
