Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements
• Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background verification (may include criminal background check, drug screening, and/or review of driving records)

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver Merchandisers throughout the day to deliver, fill, merchandise, condense backstock and rotate products at customer accounts
• Pick up company property and returns
• Reload truck with customer returns, empty shelves, and pallets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock
• Provide superior customer service to consumers and store personnel & foster relationships by identifying and resolving concerns
