About The Position
Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an experienced independent mowing/grounds maintenance contractor to service properties across Lancaster, York, Berks, Montgomery, and Cumberland counties for the 2026 growing season. This is a seasonal engagement, anticipated through November 2026 or the end of the growing season, whichever comes first, and may be renewable for future seasons. The contractor will work in partnership with other trade partners and site contractors.
Requirements
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment, including general repairs
- Independent transportation between sites
- Proof of general liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Regular mowing, trimming, and edging of unfinished lots in community properties.
- Schedule and frequency are set in partnership with other trade partners.
