About The Position

AKHIRE is currently recruiting for the following position: Seasonal Construction Worker. This role involves performing general labor and site cleanup duties, assisting with carpentry, construction, and maintenance projects, and aiding in demolition or tear-out work. The worker will operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, forklifts, or similar machinery, and will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the job site. Safe and effective use of hand and power tools, as well as measuring tools and reading measurement layouts, are essential. The role also requires safe operation of hand tools and power tools, working around heavy equipment, and demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

Previous experience with general labor AND/OR construction, carpentry, equipment operation, and maintenance is required.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
Background check.
