Hiring Event for Seasonal Grocery Store Clerks
About The Position
Price Chopper and neighboring Balls Foods & Brands retail locations are hiring seasonal clerks to support stores during the holiday season. Clerks are utility teammates who take on a variety of tasks based on store needs, helping different departments and keeping stores running smoothly. Seasonal opportunities last several weeks, with possible extensions based on business needs. There may also be an opportunity to transition to a full-time position after the season, depending on available openings and business needs. Flexible scheduling opportunities are available. Hiring is across multiple retail locations. An in-person hiring event is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Price Chopper #40, 15970 S. Murlen Road, Olathe, KS 66062.
Requirements
- Be dependable and adaptable.
- Be willing to support different departments and take on a variety of tasks.
- Be a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Support front-end and cashier operations.
- Bag groceries and assist customers.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
- Help maintain clean, organized store areas.
- Assist different departments with tasks such as baking and cutting fruit.
- Pitch in wherever needed based on store needs.
