About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Seasonal Clerk. This position will report to the Supply Chain Supervisor and will primarily support daily office tasks during our peak season, which runs from July to October. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires 0–2 years of experience
  • Experience in a production, warehouse, or clerical support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating shipments to and from Outside Warehouses: Communicate shipment confirmations and product releases.
  • Generate Certificates of Analyses accurately and send them to the corresponding customers.
  • Assist in collecting relevant audit information for Accounting.
  • Assist in Production Packet Scanning: Assist Quality Assurance in scanning production documents and ensuring correct file labeling.
  • Assist Quality Assurance in any other tasks that may arise.
  • Provide general clerical support to the Supply Chain Supervisor, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Greeting visitors that enter Plant 2 Office Lobby.
  • Assisting other departments in any important tasks that may arise.
