About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking a dependable Seasonal Center Support Teacher to assist classrooms throughout the summer months. This role provides support across multiple age groups while helping maintain a fun, engaging, and organized environment during summer programming. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
Responsibilities
- Support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
- Assist with summer activities, classroom routines, and outdoor play
- Provide classroom coverage and maintain ratio compliance as needed
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Support transitions, meals, and enrichment activities throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow all state licensing and safety requirements
