About The Position
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Front of House Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will work within a dynamic team offering a unique menu selection from scratch-baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients. This is a seasonal position ending after the 2026 holiday season.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
- Flexible schedule standards -- shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year. Shifts start as early as 7am & end as late as 10pm Monday - Saturday.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years customer service/serving experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively listen to guests.
- Suggest meal and gift items to guests.
- Work quickly and learn from mistakes.
- Step in and help other departments.
- Handle food and maintain sanitation standards.
