About The Position

ELS is hiring for the position of Seasonal Camp Host-1 in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role involves ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests within the campground, enforcing rules, and performing various operational tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading, writing and math skills.
Ability to use computer applications.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to assess a situation, use quick and reasonable judgment and resolve problems diplomatically.
Exceptional customer service and communications skills and a friendly demeanor.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Ability to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in security and/or law enforcement.
Experience working in an RV environment.

Responsibilities

Walk or patrol the grounds of the campground.
Answer guest questions.
Enforce campground rules.
Ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
Monitor the property for issues or potential problems.
Ensure the property is properly secured.
Respond to areas of concern and contact law enforcement if necessary.
Monitor incoming guests through the campground gate and validate access.
Perform routine patrols and golf cart and rental inspections.
Take camping reservations, check guests in and out, and sell day passes and store items.
Prioritize guest safety and happiness.
Perform on-call emergency service as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
