Role Overview: The Seasonal Call Center Customer Service Representative position will start on January 19th. Bilingual skills desired, but not required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using various resources.

Responsibilities

  • Enjoys learning about a variety of the Department of Revenue tax procedures, including tax filing andpayment requirements.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service taxpaying customers by phone in a fast-paced call centerenvironment.
  • Apply knowledge acquired in training and utilizes resources to analyze and problem-solve.
  • Respond to a variety of tax inquiries.
  • Access data utilizing basic computer skills.
  • Communicate professionally using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Comply with all ethical and confidentiality requirements.

Benefits

  • This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period.
