GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for phone support for customers. Answer customer questions and complete research. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Assists customers in reconciling statements and other inquiries regarding accounts. Research customer requests. Prepares reports as requested. Processes mail. Performs various bookkeeping duties. May assist in various other areas of operations. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Regular and reliable attendance.
