About The Position

As a seasonal Bulk Plant Operator Helper, you will assist with the labor-intensive aspects of bulk plant operation. You will be assisting with manual labor components such as lifting, carrying, holding in place, and retrieving/delivering items. By having a second person assist with jobs that are labor-intensive, this increases efficiency and also provides a safer environment. Your success will be gauged by your ability to complete assigned tasks and assist current operators with their daily duties. This will be a 3-6 month seasonal position.

Requirements

• Basic mathematical skills are necessary
• Attention to detail is necessary
• Strong safety focus required
• Very physical work
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with field helper is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Working with the Team to assist with maintenance work in the Bulk Plant
• Providing assistance with manual labour components
• Various maintenance duties as required
