About The Position

The Seasonal Brick Specialist will ensure a signature experience for every guest visiting the LEGO® stores. This role involves greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. The specialist will also contribute to a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards, and operating the stockroom efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom organization, adhering to safety regulations, and identifying potential shortage situations. The role also involves resolving customer issues, reporting challenging situations to management, customer engagement, and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs. Typically, this role is responsible for store operational tasks when on duty.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
