Hotel Interurban is seeking a hospitality-minded team member to join our Food & Beverage team at Rendition, where our complimentary breakfast experience helps set the tone for an exceptional stay. Requirements
- Previous experience in food service and/or customer service preferred
- The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Greets and directs guests
- Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and guest areas
- Restocks supplies and food items promptly and responds to guest inquiries and requests
- Answers and directs telephone calls to appropriate personnel
- Accepts and processes payments
- Creates various signage for functions and parking stickers as necessary
