About The Position

Urban Outfitters Seasonal Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life by creating authentic, fun, and distinctive customer experiences through personal style, self-expression, and knowledge of pop culture and trends. They connect with customers, help keep the store inspiring and easy to shop, and support customers using in-store technology across in-store and online shopping. This is a seasonal retail position at the Urban Outfitters store at 2406 Guadalupe St., Austin, Texas.

• Represent the Urban Outfitters brand through individuality, creativity, and personal perspective.
• Stay informed about product drops, trends, and what is happening in-store and online.
• Engage customers in authentic conversations and inform them about exclusive product drops and promotions.
• Share enthusiasm for products and help create memorable customer experiences.
• Maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop store, including restocking and styling displays.
• Use in-store technology to support customers shopping in-store, online, or through a combination of channels.
• Adapt to changing needs, try new tasks, and learn on the job.
• Support teammates, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment.
