About The Position

Left Hand Brewery is seeking a Seasonal Beertender for their 2026 busy season in the Beer Garden. This is an at-will, part-time position lasting until October 2026. The role involves creating an engaging, safe, and relaxing atmosphere while serving world-class beer to customers. The successful candidate will be required to complete the Seasonal Beertender certification plan.

Requirements

• Able to create an engaging, safe, and relaxing atmosphere
• Can serve world-class beer for customers
• Required to complete the Seasonal Beertender certification plan

Responsibilities

• Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers every day
• Checks customer IDs of everyone 50 years old and younger and serves 1 pint per customer 100% of the time
• Explains the brewery’s history, current community involvement, beer portfolio, FVX beverage portfolio, and short- and long-term vision
• Works anywhere that is needed in our Beer Garden and Tasting Room including, but not limited to: behind the bar, floater, runner, busser, table service, merchandise areas, and curbside/delivery (if required), as directed by the Longmont TR Lead Beertenders (TRLBs) or the Longmont TR General Manager (TRGM)
• Maintains accurate beer menus for customers
• Rotates between working Tasting Room and Beer Garden
• Maintains high level of communication, both verbal and written
• Responds positively in a timely manner to both internal and external customers
