About The Position

UniGroup’s Seasonal Associate roles support critical business functions during peak periods. These positions are ideal for individuals looking for hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful work. Seasonal Associates are aligned to one primary area of support, based on business needs and individual strengths. Depending on assignment, Seasonal Associates may:

Assist teams with scheduling, coordination, and daily operational tasks
Provide customer or agent support through phone, email, or internal systems
Help track, document, and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner
Support data entry, reporting, or basic analysis tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, administrative support, operations, or similar)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfort learning new systems and processes
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• UniGroup is unable to provide visa sponsorship or employment authorization support now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous seasonal or customer-facing experience
• Interest in business operations, logistics, or customer experience
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools
