About The Position
The Seasonal Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles. The role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Associates may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position supports customers and colleagues with honesty, integrity, and respect; processes purchases and returns; promotes credit and loyalty programs; and prepares and maintains merchandise according to company standards. The role also supports store recovery, cleanliness, safety awareness, and shrink-reduction goals. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with customers to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience.
- Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Ring customer purchases and returns accurately, and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
