About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you are the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You welcome customers, help them explore products for babies and young children, and support them through important parenting moments in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment. Carter’s provides team training and development opportunities and emphasizes caring, teamwork, flexibility, and growth. This seasonal role involves customer service, retail transactions, store replenishment, and maintaining a safe, clean store. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. The position requires standing or walking for extended periods, climbing a ladder, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
