About The Position
We are seeking Seasonal Associates to join our retail teams during the most exciting time of the year. As a brand ambassador, you will help us deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting sales and operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong client service skills and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak trading periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and create memorable holiday shopping experiences.
- Support the sales team with styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout assistance.
- Keep client areas elegant and organized, ensuring the boutique reflects MCM’s global standards.
- Provide hospitality and personalized service, enhancing every step of the client journey
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and operational tasks as needed.
