As a seasonal associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by creating personalized relationships, understanding customer desires and needs, and utilizing product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions like merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers, focusing on building sales utilizing our Bold Selling model.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and email.
• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery, and selling.
• Become familiar with all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
